balls and ache

Stability ball session last night in the hope of shedding a pound in weight..thought it would be easy...bouncing around on a ball maybe a few situps nice relaxing session right? WRONG? Pain Pain and more Pain.... lets just do some sums... at a gym you might do squats and maybe a set of 20 each time maybe taking you 20 seconds to do? last night squats for 6 minutes!!!!!! to my calculation thats could be around 360 of the stupid things. OWCH!!! no pain no gain so lets hope it helps on my road to slimville xx
